We follow the ADDIE Model:
Analyze/Assess - The foundation for providing a solid performance solution is assessment of your needs. We obtain an understanding of your business, your people and your organization. We then assess where your organization is currently and where you want to be.

Design/Discover - After assessing your needs we can discover the possibilities. What performance solution will meet your needs? We may find that your need lies in a strategy development area or you may have a need to implement a training program. The possibilities for growth are endless.

Develop - When a solution is defined, we develop an innovative performance solution plan. This is a customized plan based upon your organizational needs.

Implement - It’s a go! The performance solution plan is implemented.

​Evaluate - The last step includes evaluation of the expected outcomes. We develop an evaluation plan to measure your return on investment and the changes in behavior that occurred. The evaluation technique utilizes a four step evaluation model.
